DESPITE STORM 5th ANNUAL TOURNAMENT
ONCE AGAIN SUCCESSFUL

Neither wind nor rain can keep a determined fisherman from fishing…and that goes for storm Gabrielle also. Over 100 fisherman braved the elements to fish on Saturday, September 15 at the Bahia Beach Resort for the benefit of the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Despite the elements a good time was had by all and two Make-A-Wish kids were made very happy. Tyler (pictured below with his boat) had a wish that his Boston Whaler be once again made seaworthy with a new motor. And while Ryan did not get to fishing because of the weather he did get a new rod and reel and a rain check from Captain Ernie Rubio to take him and his family fishing at a later date.
